UniPRINT SMD printers are designed as building sets containing many features
Even the most affordable model can be finally equipped for fine pitch prints
Full range of accessories enables to create the best combinations for any task
- Successful snap-off depends on solder paste thixotropy, thickness and dynamics of separation movement
- Very slow and perfectly parallel motion by simple yet robust pneumatic separation set upgrades the basic machine into the highest level of printing accuracy
- Specialists will print perfectly by hand squeegee
- Casual users will appreciate comfort and precision of lever guided double squeegee
- Both rubber and metal blades available for screen or stencil applications
- Fine individual pressure setup for each squeegee as part of the set
- Any UniPRINT can be upgraded by guided squeegee later in the field
- Guided squeegee can be easily released for quick stencil change

TABLES
UniPRINT SMD printers come with several versions of tables to match different requirements for PCBA clamping
- PLC controller allows password-protected programming
- Wide range of parameter settings can be stored as files for various applications
- Programmable settings include print speed, print head front and rear stroke positions, snap-off speed, snap-off distance, PCB thickness, and a correction factor that compensates for stretch as the stencil begins to wear
- The software includes both an automatic mode and a manual/setup mode
- Step-by-step control of each segment of a print cycle, as well as a counter that keeps track of processed boards
- Storage and retrieval of up to 100 programs
- Enhanced flat table equipped with grid of vacuum holes for single side prints
- PCBA positioned traditionally by restraining its corners, yet held rigidly by vacuum during the printing process
- Source of vacuum for the table is not part of the delivery
