• تیغه های لاستیکی و فلزی برای کاربردهای صفحه یا استنسیل موجود است
• تنظیم دقیق فشار فردی برای هر تیغه به عنوان بخشی از مجموعه
• هر UniPRINT میتواند به تیغه های هدایت شونده مجهز شود

VACUUM TABLE

• Enhanced flat table equipped with grid of vacuum holes for single side prints
• PCBA positioned traditionally by restraining its corners, yet held rigidly by vacuum during the printing process
• Source of vacuum for the table is not part of the delivery

GROOVED TABLE

• Enhanced flat table equipped with grid of vacuum holes and grooves with pins
• PCBA positioned by side pins adjustable in grooves
• PCBA held rigidly by vacuum during the printing process

TABLES

MAGNETIC TABLE

• Flat table made from magnetic metal plate equipped with grid of screws
• Magnetic edge support rails simply movable on the magnetic table
• Magnetic bottom side support pins and vacuum posts
• Fixed positioning of registration pins for PCBs with tooling holes, can be easily used as additional side supports
• Perfect tooling for double side PCBA prints
• Source of vacuum for vacuum posts as part of the delivery

FRAMES

• UniPRINT SMD printers can accommodate any type of tensioning frames
• Frames with glued stencils either slide or get screwed in the rails
• Frameless stencils in PBT tensioning frames or any third party tensioning frames

PBT SPRING TENSIONING FRAME

• Enhanced two side tensioning stencil frame
• Stencil has to be manufactured according to the original pin rails design
• Each pin is ballanced by individual spring
• For stencils max 434×565 mm
